Chicago, IL (June 17, 2021) – RiverGlade Capital (“RiverGlade”), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, recently announced the promotion of investment professionals Natalie Greene and Dan Skowronski to Principal. RiverGlade also announced the hiring of Kevin McGrath, who joined the firm as a Vice President focused on origination, diligence, and execution of investment opportunities, and Katie Kimble who joined as Vice President of Business Development and Communications.
Natalie Greene has 9 years of experience and joined RiverGlade in 2017, where she has been responsible for the origination, diligence, and execution of investment opportunities. Natalie serves on the Board of Directors for RiverGlade portfolio companies U.S. Oral Surgery Management, Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics, and Home Helpers Home Care. Before joining RiverGlade, Natalie held roles at Sterling Partners and Lincoln International.
Dan Skowronski has 11 years of experience and joined RiverGlade in 2018, where he has been responsible for the origination, diligence, and execution of investment opportunities. Dan serves on the Board of Directors for RiverGlade portfolio companies CityVet and Dynamic Infusion Therapy. Before joining RiverGlade, Dan held roles at The Edgewater Funds, Swander Pace Capital, William Blair & Company and Houlihan Lokey.

Kevin McGrath joined RiverGlade from Jackson Private Capital, a merchant bank to closely held businesses where he was a Vice President. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and an Analyst at Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities. Kevin holds a BS in Commerce from University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Katie Kimble joined RiverGlade from Mesirow Financial where she focused on investor communications, marketing, and distribution support for the firm’s institutional investment management strategies. Previously, Katie held various private equity roles at Graham Partners and American Capital and started her career in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Katie holds a BS in Accounting, a BBA in Marketing, and an MBA from Villanova University. In addition, she holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
