Tim Boes

Tim is a healthcare executive leader with over 25 years of successful operational and business development experience working for market leading healthcare services organizations.

Tim has most recently served as the Chief Development Officer for Dynamic Access, a RiverGlade portfolio company, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the vascular access and home infusion markets. Working closely with the company’s executive team, both areas of the business have grown substantially while continuing to provide industry-leading quality patient care.

Prior to joining Dynamic Access and RiverGlade, Tim led AccentCare’s Home Health division nationally, overseeing field and clinical operations, organic market development, merger and acquisition activity and related integrations.

Tim has also held several other executive roles in his career, including COO for TridentCare Health Services, Divisional President for AMN Healthcare, and Executive VP of Sales and Marketing and other key sales and operations leadership roles within Cardinal Health.

At RiverGlade, Tim serves as Executive Partner – Business Development where he provides merger and acquisition services to RiverGlade and their portfolio companies. Tim is a member of RiverGlade’s Executive Healthcare Advisory Council and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of James River Home Health and Hospice. Tim has previously served as a member of the Baylor Scott & White Health/Texas Home Health Group Board of Directors and the Texas Healthcare Industry Council.

Tim received a BS of Healthcare Administration from Ithaca College.
