Jim is a member of RiverGlade’s Executive Healthcare Advisory Council and has served in board-level roles at both U.S. Oral Surgery Management and TenderHeart Health Outcomes where he is currently Chairman of the Board. This new role provides the opportunity to leverage Jim’s strategic insight more broadly across the RiverGlade’s partners and investments.

Jim formerly served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Animal Health International and prior to that spent sixteen years in the medical supply and device industry with American Hospital Supply, General Medical Corporation, and McKesson. Throughout his career, Jim has driven growth and professionalization at companies utilizing data-driven performance optimization, systems and operational improvements, sales and marketing disciplines, and talent training and development. Jim holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in International Business from University of Texas at Dallas.
