Garrick Rice

Garrick co-founded RiverGlade Capital in 2017 and has been active in principal investing since 2001. Prior to RiverGlade, Garrick worked at Sterling Partners, where he co-led the firm’s healthcare services investing practice.

Garrick began his career within the leverage lending group at Bank of America and thereafter joined the founding team of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corporation where he supported the CEO and CFO in corporate and operations finance as the company advanced from an early-stage business through its initial public offering. Garrick also worked in investment banking at Robert W. Baird and at FOB.com, an early-stage technology company which eventually became Velocity EHS.

Garrick is a Board of Trustees Member of the Hadley Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Garrick holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
