Dan Skowronski

Dan is a Principal at RiverGlade. His primary responsibilities include origination, diligence and execution of investment opportunities. Before joining RiverGlade in 2018, Dan worked at The Edgewater Funds, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to that, he also worked in private equity at Swander Pace Capital, and in investment banking at William Blair & Company. Dan began his career at Houlihan Lokey. Dan holds a BBA in Finance from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
